In the interest of customer education and giving you, our blog readers, an “insider” tip, I thought I’d talk about the best times to call us, the times when you are less likely to have to wait to speak with a representative. Granted, WOW! has very low or no wait times to get to a representative most of the time because our Resource Management team does an outstanding job managing call volumes. Managing call volumes is more of a science than an art. Our staff studies call patterns, seasonal data, and historical data, and tries to to predict just when you are going to call us. Employee schedules are designed based on those predictions so our representatives’ work hours are set up solely based on providing the fastest service to you. We do everything within our power to make sure you get through to us quickly, and you do, most of the time. Still, there are some “best times” to call. So what are the best times to call? Best times to call are Wednesdays and Thursdays, from noon – 3pm central and 7pm-9pm central. Just a little insider tip for you if your week is crazy busy and you don’t have a single minute to spare.
